About Me
I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist with a focus on brain and mental health.
My approach is rooted in the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal - when it has the right support.
We live in a world that often asks a lot of us. Over time, stress, pressure, busy schedules and life experiences can leave us feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected from ourselves.
Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation, I take a step back to understand the bigger picture; your biology, your lifestyle, your experiences, and your environment.
Together, we join the dots to make sense of what you’re experiencing and create a way forward that supports your body, restores your energy and helps you feel more like yourself again.
